    View all model FAQs
How should I distinguish data drives from boot devices in a DL380 Gen11?

The brochure distinguishes SAS/SATA, NVMe U.2/U.3, EDSFF and M.2, and lists the optional NS204i-u boot device. Specify boot and application data drives separately and check their backplanes and controllers. These interfaces do not represent a universal default bay configuration.

Are advanced iLO features included by default with a DL380 Gen11?

This document lists iLO Standard as standard and iLO Advanced and OneView Advanced as optional. If advanced management features are required, confirm the licenses, applicable features and delivery scope in the quotation. Support for iLO alone does not establish an advanced-feature entitlement.
